Motherboard is great, I have one and it's very sturdy, no problems. I would go with different RAM, you could probably get cheaper RAM @ 1866 with the same size, at least in the US.

Budget is around 550 euro/$714/ or about £470 on that website. Shipping is like 20 pounds so about 450 on that website.
@waldo, How far did you get it to overclock? I'm not looking for anything extreme but if it can reach 5Ghz then that's probably more than I will even need before I upgrade again. Considering getting UD3 instead since I'm on a bit of a tight budget...
And there's no other memory that's cheaper on that site and I'm not sure I want to get it from another website because +shipping costs might not make up for it but thanks for telling, I'll see what I can do about that

I'm running a FX-4100 @ 4.6 atm, I tried a 5.2 OC and the board had no trouble with it. I guess I don't know much about shipping to the EU, but is it really that much from Newegg? I have 16GB of RAM @ 1866. Cost about $75 or £45 or €53. I would think that shipping wouldn't be that much, given that RAM is by no means large or heavy.

And newegg don't ship to EU at all... :(

Mushkin makes some pretty nice RAM, so that's good enough. Also, I recommend using the GIGABYTE-990FXA-UD3 instead of the UD5.

They pretty much have the same overclocking abilities. It's just that the UD5 has 5 PCI-E Slots and 8 SATA 6gb/s while the UD3 has 4 PCI-E Slots and 6 SATA gb/s

Thanks, going for the UD3 then^

You probably would want to get 2x4gb of ram, not a single 8gb stick, unless you plan on getting a second one soon. You lose performance by only using one slot

You'll need a good power supply to overclock the AMD chip. 500W or less won't cut it.
