So about a month ago I tried to connect to a trade server (yes, trade servers) and I see it has a new map. Well I decide to go eat halfway and it's still stuck at the halfway mark, so I then pull up task manager and tf2 crashed. Now a month later, I try and join a different trade server and the same thing (both .bz2 files)

try deleting the map file from your maps/ folder and redownload it again. this has happened to me when the files become corrupted. also check your connection and make sure you're not dropping connection or anything.
