Hello all, my screen has been splitting in two randomly along with extreme amounts of noticeable pixels and what looks like tearing and blinking. Sometimes it has a imaginary vertical line that can't be crossed with the mouse pointer unless I move it to a horizontal border, which makes the mouse pointer appear on the opposite side. This only began to occur while playing Fallout 1 and at first I thought it was an in-game issue, but it seems to occur on my desktop. I don't think it's a monitor issue since it is a BenQ XL2420T and can run 120hz no problem. I am not overclocking at all either and my GPU is an AMD 6870. Please, if anyone out there can help, I would greatly appreciate it.

90% Your Monitor is Fucked
9% Your Video Card is Fucked
1% Something that's impossible for me to guess is fucked
Try a different monitor, seriously ANY monitor and see if the problem is still there. If the problem IS still there you'll probably need a new video card, if it ISN'T still there you'll need a new monitor.
That other 1% is because computers do some of the weirdest shit for reasons that just don't make sense.
