I can play tf2 for like 5 minutes with 250 fps without any problems, but then i start to get a really weird lag(not internet lag) my fps goes to 250 to 100,80,50 to 0 and the game gets unplayable. If i leave the game the lag continues when watching videos, opening folders etc.

PC specs: ADM FX-8120 Eight-Core Processor
GT220 Video Card
8,0GB RAM
Asus M5 A99X EVO Motherboard

Could someone help me?

I use coretemp: http://www.alcpu.com/CoreTemp/

But usually if I get these fps drops, my computer turns into a heater and I can feel it.
