can not load tf2 with a hud installed

i can boot up tf2 with no huds but as soon as a put a hud in the custom folder it gives me this when i try to load http://puu.sh/3pXlH.jpg

make a folder in custom called customstuff and then put your hud resource and scripts folder in customstuff
