Need Some More Coaches for Newbie Mixes!

Bubbai would coach but i dont have a season of ESEA. i could probably do duel coaching, like with 2 per team
Having two coaches per team will only make it worse since each player has their differing views on how to play video games. Also why would you have one less newbie play?

I've coached in the past, and I got great feedback from the newbies. Then I had 3 or so in a row where no one was a newbie. Everyone had several seasons of wither UGC or ESEA (and were off classing from their mains) so I stopped coaching. Has the state of the newbie mix returned to what it was meant for? If so, I'll be on to coach.

There will always still be some people who offclass from their main in Newbie Mixes, we cant always stop them. But I can say that there were a lot of first timers there yesterday.

There will always still be some people who offclass from their main in Newbie Mixes, we cant always stop them. But I can say that there were a lot of first timers there yesterday.

I disagree, if the coaches know how to play the game, they should have similar views on the basics of 6s.
Also, having one less newbie play means that player is more likely to be playing optimally (ie not out of position, supporting the team, not going for dumb plays). In most cases, a higher teacher-to-student ratio offers a better learning experience.
Put another way, what would be better, playing with 5 coaches or having to play with 5 other newbies? I would argue playing with experienced players would teach more things like how teammates -should- react in certain situations.
