Hudas Iscariote health and ammo location

So i was trying to change the place of the health and the ammo, and i thought i needed to change the x and y position of CHealthAccountPanel for the health and HudWeaponAmmo for the ammo.

But everytime i change it nothing happens, i save my new settings, then do a hud_reloadscheme and nothing is changing. Even when i exit the game and start it up again, nothing is changing.

Can somebody help me with this please.
