Pretty much all of the "Two Idiots play - " videos are already highlights, I'd like to see longer sessions if possible, and maybe cut the too slow and boring things out.

I'm getting better a trimming the unnecessary parts out but I have a feeling not many people actually watch the entire thing, or they never click on them cause they are usually 5min+

They're probably the least watched because some people may have subbed to you only for TF2 content. While the people who want to watch these (Including myself) would watch them. Honestly, there's really nothing you can improve besides what #2 said. They're perfect the way they are right now imo.
