Suddenly I can't sign onto my steam account, I thought it was my password but I'm not sure now, as when I tried to submit a ticket to steam using my account name it says my account name doesnt exist. I signed into my account by unplugging my ethernet cable while doing it, but it puts me in offline mode and if I restart to go online I can't sign in. Help.
tried signing in on another computer or in the browser instead of steam?
Your steam account is independent from your steam support account. You'll need to register a separate account for steam support :)
wtf ma3la how are we going to ultiduo if you can't even log in to Steam!
Also the fact you're posting on the forums here indicates you still have a working Steam account. So that's a good sign.

I've tried signing in through browser, mobile, and normal steam but nothing work. My tftv account was still signed in but yeah.

Happened to me on my old account a few years ago. When I try the lost password it says the account doesn't exist :/
That's horrible news man. I guess your last hope is the steam support. :S

Alright Ma3laa
This exact situation happened to me last Friday. All you can do is submit a ticket into Steam Support and provide as much proof as possible. You do not have to worry about losing your hats. The process it takes to reset your password resets your Steam Guard making it unable to trade for 15 days.
Edit: Reread your posts and it seems as if you are already losing items. Attempt to get a screenshot of your inventory history and post it on your support ticket. Run a full virus scan with something like Malaware Bytes. Since your steam guard wasn't disabled upon the reset of your password, the only way to have access to steam without setting off steam guard would be if he had your email information. It's possible he got access to your email. If both of your passwords for steam and your email aren't the same, it's likely you may have been keylogged. The same occurence happened with me and I found a keylog virus with my Malaware Bytes full scan.
Good luck Ma3laa

Holy shit this is some crazy stuff, me and ma3laa are working this out and multiple "stolen" hats all lead to the same account. When talking to Ma3laa on his first account there were some messages answering my questions that he did not send.. Then afterwards I saw a trade that had hats from Ma3laa, Phrakture, and Hei. Phrakture told ma3laa that nothing happened to his account, and when I asked Hei what does he know about the person who took all of the hats (yes I did use his name but I am not going to here) he responded with, "NO IDEA". And immediately went offline.
Now with all of the responses that Hei has been giving maelaa about hats that maelaa got Hei to sell for him, he knows that Hei has also been hacked by what seems like the same person.
Biga he knows that Hei has also been hacked by what seems like the same person.
No, dude. The guy you were talking to was Hei. We were in mumble and were pubbing when you started harassing him with questions. He just got annoyed of you asking the same questions over and over. Trust me, he wasn't hacked

I wasn't hacked either.
What hats of mine do you think were stolen?

I can confirm that you were talking to the REAL hei. How do I know? I have known hei for two years and he told me so in mumble. He just wanted you to stop pestering him. Your detective work is pretty poor :-/

I'm guessing you didn't have Steam Guard enabled or you used the same password for your Steam Account and e-mail? :/

first your youtube account and now this. it's time to adopt better security habits.
KissmeI'm guessing you didn't have Steam Guard enabled or you used the same password for your Steam Account and e-mail? :/
The same PW was used for both of ma3laa's steam and email.

Make sure you include your billing address and transaction IDs of the stuff you purchased from steam to prove it's you in the ticket or else you'll have to wait another 5 days :/. Also tell them you lost your items. They will restore them 100% don't worry. Unless you get Jesse he thinks he's the internet police and sometime won't dupe your stuff.
