Hey everyone!
I recently got a laptop with an AMD Radeon HD 6310 Graphics card and TF2 is running at 20 frames with Chris's maxframes config. Does anyone know whether this is due to the quality of the graphics card, or is it something else? I'd appreciate immediate feedback, thanks!
What's your CPU? The processor affects TF2 performance a lot more than the graphics card usually. If you're running at DX8 on maxframes then the problem is probably a weak CPU.
that's a dual core at 1.3ghz. definitely the reason your getting 20 fps
Is there any remedy to the situation, or am I stuck with this fps?
