probably. it's not a glitch though. i think the flames work like rockets. imagine doing a sync as soldier. you usually pass the rocket you shot before it hits the ground. now imagine the same thing as pyro and the fire. pyro only has no afterburn but can still be hurt by fire, so sync that with the axtinguisher and there you go.
