Probably got VAC banned. His profile is private.

That being said, it is possible to get a false VAC ban... It happened to me like 2 years ago. For some reason thousands of people (myself included) got VAC'd for no reason. It was reversed by valve. I think it had something to do with Duke Nukem Forever as that's the only other game I was playing at the time (don't judge). A lot if people who also got VAC'd when I did were also playing duke.

If you got a false VAC ban valve WILL take care of it.
