Good idea, tf2demos.com/ is a good place to find some frags to practice editing too.
Edit: By the looks of it that site hasn't been updated in a while, some of the demos are probably broken at this point.

Honestly, I've never really heard the term "fragshow" used very often either and I'm pretty sure that's all the dude was trying to convey—apparently pointing that out is enough to get people huffing and puffing about disrespecting the OP or whatever? Good fucking lord you people.
