If your hud doesnt have the class you are displayed, using the new 3D class display will crash your game when you pick a class, disable it with the command 'cl_hud_playerclass_use_playermodel 0'
What do strange hats even count? Kills while wearing hat?

That new HUD thing is amazing. Won't have to guess what weapon I'm using for some classes anymore.
I use maxframes, after this update my game LOOKS MUCH worse with dark skys, more pixelated textures, and sharper edges. As far as I can tell this has helped my fps a lot :) thanks valve

It's the clear glass, not the one with the mesh in it. Assuming they are separate entities.

There isn't really any point of renaming medi-guns if you want to make sure a spy doesn't know what medi-gun you're using anymore. With this new update you can get a real-time 3D model of your character and disguise victim (if you were playing spy) if you happen to disguise as a medic, you could easily see what medi-gun they're using, dunno what is the competitive community's stance on it
