Casters/Streamers: Need help with audio settings

So at the moment I don't have a good upload speed (0.3mbps), so I do all my casts via Bandicam and then upload to youtube. A problem I've been having is that the program seems to heavily emphasise audio input (mic) over output (speakers/headphones). What this results in is basically myself coming in loud and clear, but cocasters and game sound being stupidly low. I've set my microphone level to 60, and set my headphone level to 100 then adjusted each individual program (mumble to 50, tf2 to 25), but it doesn't seem to make it better. What settings do you guys use for audio so as to have all sound good?

I have my mic set to 60-70 range, tf2 to 4, mumble to whatever the current max is. It sounds like each computer/setup will be slightly different though, so you should record a couple of sound tests on your casts before you start in earnest to make sure the levels are OK. Obviously, if you're using those settings and they don't work, then bring your mic volume down and your mumble volume up. It's all experimentation until you get it right.
