It's probably a sensitivity to something you're eating. it will cause bloating and swelling in the duodenum and lead to major issues down the road. I suggest a good food sensitivity test, which will run you about 150-300 bucks, sadly.
AndKennethGO TO A DOCTOR.
Are you serious we play video games, we aren't doctors. There could be a badbad underlying issue or it could be nothing at all that can be solved with a bit of ginger in your tea, but a bunch of TF2 nerds aren't the people who can diagnose it.
This thread should be locked because it sets a dangerous precedent.
he's already going to the doctor

The same thing was happening to me at lunch. Eventually after 2 weeks or so it went away and I could eat lunch without my stomach eating itself. Hope it will pass like it did to me
Well, i just got back from the hospital. Apparently my appendix was close to exploding so they removed it. I'm starting to feel better now though. Should be back to normal in 2-3 weeks.
Generally in males appendix pain is a lot higher up than the stomach :/ Weird. Guess I should've asked how bad the pain was.
Glad to hear everything turned out.

I had "appendicitis" all i can say is I'm able to eat food now and not feel sick about it. I still get stomach pain but that's because when they did the surgery they had to put oxygen in my stomach to put the camera in it.
And no, they never saw my poop. lol.
