Okay, let me tell you about Mikee real fast. The kid is ready for High Open. Having been on his team for the past 6 months, he has shown time and time again that he picks up on new concepts extremely fast, listens to advice given, cooperates with his team well, and has the near perfect range of comms. He's a fun guy to hang out with as well, having been doing it since Mid-March. It just take a while for you to get used to him, that's all.
Pros: Insane DM (DM lord status)
Never gets mad
Listens to advice
Nice guy once you get to know him
Great sniper
Says the randomest shit in the world. "What if you pull your nipples off so hard that it takes off all your skin?"
Cons: Sounds like he's 10
Tends to flank when it's not needed
Is just now understanding the fine line between offending someone and joking around
Can be very, very, very, VERY arrogant at times
Basically, he'll be a great addition to your roster once you mold him into the scout your team wants him to be.

Mikee is very good scooty booty man. I enjoy playing as his scout partner in both mixes and scrims. He is very cooperative and has the dm to play in open. I wish him the best of luck
