I'm using a older version of yahud, and it still has the default border around the top timer like this;

Go to resouce/ui find HudObjectiveTimePanel and find the section "TimePanelBG". Change the visible and enabled values to 0. Hope this helps.

I haven't messed with HUDs in forever but the MvM file should start like HudMannVsMachine or MvM. Maybe even both. Just look it up your ui folder. Names are pretty self-explanatory
