Random TF2 Server Disconnects

Hey, sometimes when playing tf2 (no matter the server) I will disconnect from a server with a message such as:
When I am on Offline on Steam: Client Timed Out
When I am on Online on Steam: Lost Connection to VAC Servers
Please help.

happens to me at times too, just restart my connection to fix it. Would love a proper solution though

restarting the pc always fixed it for me

For me all I use to do was verify game cache and restart steam, that normally fixed things

Deleting ClientRegistry.blob APPEARS to have fixed the problem, however, now I just lose my item server at times. Not crashing is a definite improvement.
