Okay, so I just got my Zowie FK, but I have a really strange grip. I like to grip the mouse with the back of my hand and instead of aiming by moving my arm, I sort of push the mouse with my thumb and then do major movements with my wrist. Since I like to hold the mouse back really far back, when I flick back the mouse sort of climbs on top of the muscle below the thumb and index finger. Is there any way to fix this without changing my grip style?
Your grip doesn't sound that strange other than describing yourself using the back of your hand. Sounds like a claw grip but the back of the mouse rests against the base of your palm? Short of getting bigger hands it sounds like the only way to address that is to get a smaller mouse, if you don't want to change your grip. But if you just got it you will probably adjust pretty quickly...so give it some time.

Just keep using it. Eventually you will naturally adjust to the shape of the mouse and you'll find a new way of holding it.
By back of your hand, do you literally mean that your palm is facing the ceiling? o.O
