Ever since I logged on today none of my settings are there and not able to be changed. When I try to put back in my launch options for TF2 and hit "OK", nothing happens. Even stuff like "Display Steam URL when available" isn't working. It's as if everything was set back to default and cannot be changed. I submitted a ticket on steam but I have never got a response from the support staff from any ticket I have ever submitted. I have tried restarting steam and restarting my computer but it's still not working. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
