What's your "wiimote" page saying? If you have a real controller synced to your pc then you should have player one set to real wiimote. If you're using anything else then it should say emulated wiimote and you'll have to set it up.
I don't know what state it's in now but I used to have a lot of weird disconnects and stuff when I tried to get my real wiimote working a while back, I just emulated it for as many games as possible

This never worked for me, but then again, maybe it just hates Project64.

Bump for some important new info. The devs behind dolphin have made it possible to use online multiplayer for Wii with dolphin now. This means you can play Mario Kart Wii or Smash Bros with your friends on real wii's for example.

Got dolphin and some games, everything runs great except for the audio. I get laggy audio during cut scenes in sunshine and other games. Got a decently beefy PC i7 3770 660ti, have it the audio running on its own thread option checked. Anyone else had this issue before?

Uncheck that. It causes man issues.
Under graphics to hacks you should have a couple things set
EFB copies set to RAM
Texture Cache: Fast all the way
External Frame Buffer, Disable
Fast Depth Calculation Checked.
You can check OpenCL Texture Decoder or OpenMP too, try them both.
Also have checked ignore format changes

I appreciate the assistance. Popped all those settings on, was still getting random distortion/lag in the audio. Ended up playing with the backened settings in the audio config and switching OpenAL seemed to fix it.
What fps do you usually run it at?

Depends on the game, but it's pretty much always 100% speed because my setup is pretty beefy.

kirbyI'm in the middle of playing Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles. It's a really fun game, though not as fun as it was when I was younger, playing it with friends instead of myself. Gonna have to play some more classics.
Me and my two best friends spent the better part of 7th grade playing FFCC in my basement. God it was amazing.
I was so hyped for that shit. I remember getting the trailer on the bonus disk from Mario Kart Double Dash and watching it over and over in anticipation.

Been using this for a while, it's incredible. I have everything completely maxed in 1080p on my 680 GTX (doesn't even tax my card at all) and some games literally look like high end PC quality...in particular the Super Mario Galaxy games look amazing.

If you're playing through Galaxy 1, you should check out this HD Texture pack here.

Anyone interested in playing some Brawl with me? I got Nintendo WFC working on Dolphin and I'd love to get a 4 person game going on.
My friend code is 3354-6575-6686.

I have two questions:
1. How resource intensive is this? My potato can run tf2 at max settings just fine, yet for whatever reason pcsx2 can be rather taxing(though that might simply be from lack of optimization).
2. Can a ps3 controller work with this thing? I'd imagine it can not, however if it could that would be very convenient.

1. It depends on your PC config, if it's obviously a toaster it probably won't run it but Dolphin is well optimized and accurate to hardware.
2. Any form of input will work with Dolphin, you can control the game with a Leap Motion controller if you wanted to.

Just thought I'd stop by and show people some Dolphin screenshots in Portrait mode. Some games work REALLY well for Portrait, namely Metroid Prime and F-Zero GX(If I could turn off the HUD).

The increased FOV really makes both of these games soo much better.
If you want to do this, it's really simple though.
1. Set up your monitor in portrait, of course and in Windows options.
2. Go into Dolphin and click on Graphics.
3. Under General, and under Aspect Ratio, set that to Stretch to Window.
4. Under Enhancements, check Widescreen Hack.
There you have it, you can now play ALL of your Dolphin games in Portrait(including your favorite Zelda, Pokemon, Metroid, Smash Brothers, whatever games!).
