I could definitely see alot of cool names emerging from this, as well as get the chance to watch some really badass combos mid way. 2v2 would be better to watch than 1v1 mge tourney

Next time I will do a 2v2 MGE Tournament. But for now I am starting to setup for another 1v1 tournament.

Here's the question I need answered: I have only two days that doing these are viable, Wednesday from the time frame of 9AM - ~10PM. Or Sunday 8AM - ~8PM. Which of these two are more suitable for the majority?

Next time I will do a 2v2 MGE Tournament. But for now I am starting to setup for another 1v1 tournament.

I agree. 2v2 would be much more interesting, and it would bring more big names to the tournament.
