He simply has the best and the most videos on everything about fitness, training, and everything else you could think of. Really like this channel. Wouldn't be surprised if im the only one who just found out about him and everyone else here knew about him already.

could you provide some proof to back this statement up?
anyway, i just recently found out about Elliott from Frank Yang (http://www.youtube.com/user/digitalairair) - he actually lives about 30 minutes away from me. he's obviously more of a power/strength lifter than your standard bodybuilder, but i find a lot of what he says rather interesting. he tends to pontificate often on a variety of subjects, but it's worth listening to if you're in that mood.
if you're a bit out there and are into fitness/psychology, i'd suggest looking into Frank Yang in the aforementioned link.
