There's plenty to name but since there's already a wrangler thread lets skip the #2 and go on to the #1. The Atomizer. So a scout can easily escape / get an easy kill at the cost of... 10hp? I refused to use this weapon because it will actually make me play worse. It's definitely not fun to play against either. Then there are also others, especially ones that make the class stronger and are not actual side-grades to his weapons, weapons that are a must-have for people who care about taking highlander seriously. Mad milk, Reserve Shooter, Loch-n-Load, Fists of Steel, Wrangler, list goes on. Don't get me wrong if I play highlander it's for fun but then again I could just go play in a pub and not care about broken unlocks.

Useoftoaster is the only scout I know of that abused it effectively in highlander. No other scout that's good has used it, and none of the other scouts that have used it are good.
Also, wrangler is waaaay worse than the atomizer.

No, the LnL never gets played and the Fists only occasionally do in weird strats that involve non-uber pushes into sentries and stuff

I've only seen the LnL run by two people in scrims/matchs. And one of them was also running sco-res.
Fists of Steel are very common since the GRU nerf though. Wouldn't say they're a must have items though.
