My connection seems to have degraded in quality to the point that I'm no longer capable of joining servers so I'm trying to fix that. I had previously had some issues but since yesterday I've been completely unable to connect to shit.

The in-game server browser just never comes back with anything.
If I attempt to connect through console I just get stuck at the Connecting to server... step until it fails out after the 4th failed re-try.
