This affects anyone who ever used Xsplit at any point in time.
Well, I guess if you pirated it, it might not affect you... but if you did that after OBS got game capture, then you just wasted time.

Yeah, the main reason I posted is because this affects a lot of people from the past, and anyone who used it and hasn't changed your Twitch stream key since then, those were gotten too and they weren't salted/hashed at all so you should probably change that too just in case.

They said no paypal / cc info was stored with acct info so you should be good. For PCI Compliance purposes I would hope they don't store that info on the same server, if they even store it themselves.
