You might as well get some audiophile headphones with a separate mic. AD700s usually go for 100 dollars when it's on sale. Mod mics are also pretty good for like 30 dollars.

I would really recommend to not get a built in microphone and get the Sennheiser HD-25-1-ii.

You would need an adapter to use the mic on a computer, but the new steelseries flux is a legitimate excellent choice for 50 dollars. (review)

Damn I wish I had $200 to spend on headphones. But since I'm poor I spent $15 on this one instead. It's not in-ear. Has a built in mic, long cable (about 7 ft), decent durability (dropped it couple of times) and clear recording quality. Sound wise clarity's ok nothing stellar and bass is slightly on the lower side. The max volume also isn't high enough as it could be. I'd still recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap mic with decent quality sound.
I spent $75 for Sennheiser PX 100's (not II's). Those headphones were without a doubt the best quality headphones I purchased at that price (I tried out a few studio quality types too). They were extremely portable, and despite being over ear, made little to no noise, even on medium vol. And the sound quality was awesome. Clear deep bass if I could describe it. They've been discontinued but people are still buying them at a higher price. If you're looking for something extremely portable with no loss in sound quality I'd recommend those. It wouldn't be too hard to attach a mic to it.
