kepler is not a cheater. i have sourcetv and pov demo's from him to prove it. in fact, a ugc team we had recently beat accused him of cheating. upon ugc admin's review of the stv and pov demos, the accusations have been deemed baseless and there is nothing questionable about his play. before accusing someone of cheating, substantiate your claims with proof.
