Hello everyone. I wanna make low lod textures, but there are some problems:
1)ATI Tray tools can't run and shows me "can not initialize atipdlxx library exiting now" error
2)Radeon Pro can make max 3 lod textures, but i need 15, and Radeon Pro isn't started correct.
Win 7 64
So, if you know how to fix ATT error or other ways to make low lod 15, please, help me :)

I think it is currently allowed. I haven't heard anything to the contrary, and since the CEVO client works differently from the ESEA client it should be fine. I would wait for official confirmation first though.
The only reason that it's banned in ESEA is because of CS, and their client does a blanket ban across all source games for it.
