The lines right now are very skinny, I'd like them to be more bold. I've fiddled around with my hudlayout but haven't had much success.

Pretty sure you'd have to change the actual font. You can change the color and the size, but not the boldness, at least as far as I know.
You can try the Garmen hud version of konr's crosshair.
...Or you can use the default scout crosshair and the konr crosshair, assuming its in your scripts folder, and adjust the size to look like this.

The second image is about what I am looking for, but I didn't see the default crosshair in my scripts folder.

No, just change your crosshair to default via options or type cl_crosshair_file "" in the console.
After that, you can either change the size of the default crosshair (with cl_crosshair_scale #) or konr's crosshair (adjust "tall" for CrosshairKonrWings in clientscheme.res)
Basically two crosshairs in one.

You can make that crosshair a little more bold by changing the "weight" value in clienscheme.res
Should sort of look like this, never mind the weird formatting.
"CrossHairKonrWings"
{
"1"
{
"name" "Garm3nFont"
"tall" "18"
"weight" "0"
"antialias" "1"
}
}
Change "weight" to something greater than 600, makes that crosshair a little bit thicker.

Try changing the labeltext of konrwings in clientscheme.res to "6".
Thank you all for your help, especially Paragon
