EU surf servers?

Are there any good low-level surf servers in europe? preferably ones like susurf level, but I've had trouble finding any.

I use the american ones, ping doesn't really seem to matter. I know a lot of other EU people do too so I guess there aren't that many good EU servers.

that's what I've done up to now, but since they're shutting down I thought I'd try and find an alternative.

I wouldn't recommend the UberPirates. Unless you like to run into sentries or some heavy standing in the middle of a ramp. Also bad maps. I'm also looking for nice surf servers, but they are hard to come by.
