what to do at mid?

as a pocket soldier i been playing this role for quite some time. and i noticed i screwed over some games alot of badlands. At mid when either coming valley or house should i jump or stay with medic or is it situational ? this is the only mid that really gives me trouble if i could get some opinions from some people it would help me out

I think it's very situational. Playing with the medic might make you guys group up and take the same damage from their heavy classes. At the same time, if you bomb early you might be giving them a free pick. Also you're oversimplifying the options you have at mid.

if you want to oversimplify it just to make it easier

I'd say stay with your med when your demo goes balcony and go aggressive when your demo goes normal

but it's obviously more complicated than that

I'd say your team should definitely consider picking up a closet rollout for variety

(NOT a house rollout, there is no reason to go house with the escape plan being allowed)

If you go valley as pocket, you can try looking where their soldiers go, and jump them. If their roamer bombed onto your train, then jump him and kill him.
