My co-worker showed me this link while I was in the middle of an important conference call. Needless to say, I nearly lost my job due to ecstatically hyperventilating.
I was planning on purchasing the pack from the $5 sale on Steam when I got home anyways, but getting these classics for free is even better! It's not the like Steam versions have achievements or trading cards with the games, anyways :P

If you make an account now, it will only be easier for you in the future if they do this again.
I got the first Torchlight for free about two months or so ago, so making the account wasn't an issue for me.

Not to mention it took about 3 seconds. Don't even have to verify email or do a capcha or anything like that.

They run like shit so here's some fixes, at least as far as I know, the steam version runs really poorly. The GOG version is optimized so it's at least playable but these mods and patches will still help you out quite a bit.
Fallout 1:
-PCG Wiki Page
-Fallout FIXT NMA thread
-Fixt doesn't add like story and game changing stuff just stuff to clean it up and make the game playable.
Fallout 2:
-PCG Wiki Page
-Fallout 2 Restoration Project
-Same thing as fixt but adds some removed content and restores some on top of the game, doesn't break canon.
Fallout Tactics:

Don't know much about this game because I'm still playing 1&2 but here's what I found

These are 2 of my favorite games - i've been playing them once a year since 1999 (a bit later for fallout 2 tbh but still) lol.
They should run more or less ok without modding - the cinematics will look poopy and maybe you'll get color issues but the rest of it should be ok.
