how would I make my timers look like that? I know I'm a weirdo and I know it has to be a break somewhere in the hud, but where would I go to break it at?

I would assume you would just delete the file that messes with the timer

wouldn't deleting the hud that messes with the timer just put the default hud timer back? not make it look like that?
