So recently after a reformat every time I alt tab out of a game and tab back in i'll drop fps for like 20ish seconds. Another thing that happens is with my second monitor whenever I have something visible on the other monitor I get fps lag, but when its minimized it goes away. It's confusing me as this didnt happen before my reformat.
