Is there any plugin that will upload the match's STV automatically like logs.tf does with the logs? This would be of incredible help for South American new players :>

I was under the impression that TFTrue's plugin records and uploads them automatically.

It only records the STV, basically a server-side P-REC.

It doesn't upload them anywhere external though, like the loguploading plugin does.
