OBS dropping frames

when i use obs, i'm dropping about 300 frames per minute. I am not sure what the cause is. here are pics of my settings. i have tried using and not using multithreaded optimizations, using and not using send buffers, etc. any ideas?

[edit] ok so if i use a large send buffer (32k) then i won't drop frames. but it causes mouse input lag. now what?

[edit2] so if i use game capture, i won't get input lag when i use an 8k buffer. has anyone had similar experiences? can you use software capture and lose the input lag?

where da pics be

seriously though, OBS is incredible. my stream seems fluid and I can't detect any input lag or vsync ati nastiness. add me on steam and i'll share my settings with you to see if it helps.
