Hey all, just a really quick (nub) question:

My primary crosshair is a green dot. It strains my eyes a bit though because it kind of fades/blends into the background at the edges. How do I get a black circle outline for it?

Thanks!

Is this a hud crosshair or an ingame crosshair?

Hud crosshair I believe, I use broesel's crosshair switcher.

Pretty sure thats included as ingame crosshairs because it just switches between the crosshairs depending on how you set them to. You're gonna want to get actual hud crosshairs that you can enable and modify in the hud's "hudlayout.res" found in the "scripts" folder.

If you use broesel's crosshair switcher, it is going to be an ingame crosshair which can't have outlines. Switch to a hud crosshair.

What I do is enable a white hud crosshair (dot with an outline) and then use an ingame dot crosshair over it. This essentially acts as an outline for the ingame one, it allows me to have my crosshair change color on weapon switch still.

Pretty easy to set up if you want to do the same, just align your hud crosshair to the center of your screen (the sniper dot when you zoom in is the most accurate way to find the center of your screen) and then change zpos to -200.
