I found that awesome and that's the sort of things that make me smile sometimes, getting to (somewhat) know the best TF2 players.

T0mDamn, I knew he worked for Talktalk but I didn't know to what extent. Good for him for having a legitimately decent job :)

TalkTalk are horrible, everytime I try talking with someone from customer services they say they will fix it then don't do anything. Byte can you please help my internet keeps shutting down at random times and my ping spikes in tf2. Dunno if there's a way to fix it but i'll probably have to swich to BT (no idea if they are any better)

You're literally asking him for tech support. You're asking a front-end developer for tech support with your personal problem.
