I need a mentor to help me practice sniper efficiently I am not getting any better I have been at a silver level for a while now and want to do better so I can play at a higher level.

More specifically, play 32-person custom map rotation pubs. It'll give you more things to headshoot, more things that will try to flank you (forcing you to deal with those situations), and it will put you out of your comfort zone in terms of map knowledge, you won't be able to abuse the well known sniper sightlines that you already use.

if there are DM servers that allow snipers you can try that. most dm servers dont allow it because snipers in dm are gay. also you could try some training maps like tr_aim or tr_newbots or tr_airshot and TLR Rocketshooting
dont forget to put net_fakelag to whatever or else you'll get used to sniping with lan ping

sniper mge is a joke, playing pubs and bot maps on occasion will make you amazing

Playing vs Bots for a week will make you a better sniper than sniper mge would in a year of playtime.
But yeah as said above, get out of the comfort zone and play lots of pubs.
Only thing I can really add is to play scrims / lobbies / pickups once in a while as well to make sure you adapt what you improve on to a competitive game mode and not only pubs.
Edit: Also don't jump cancel 24/7 to avoid getting counter sniped or headshot.
Avoid it and instead practice to become a better counter sniper yourself.
