This is a really dumb question but I just started playing again. Where is the central hub at since Lions Arch was destroyed?
I haven't played in a while, but I remember the pvp zone leading back to Lion's Arch, so maybe that will lead you to the new 'central hub' that or the game is probably dead which is why you don't see anyone.
