blinKI did this to make it easier to see and for me to print out with the serial and model #'s in case anything ever happens.

This is what Platypus and I came up with and it's a solid build that I was slowly putting together over the course of a year or so. Got the monitor and peripherals first then the tower last.
If I don't plan on overclocking(mainly because I don't know how), should I downgrade to the i5 4570? And I might keep the mobo I have on mine from yours. Just seems more trustworthy and reliable.

blinKCPU: - Intel Core i5-4570 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor ($196.98)
...possibly getting a bulky HSF if I want to try and overclock
I'm thought a non-K series CPU like that one (especially the Ivy line) cannot be overclocked?

FayngI am looking into building my own pc over this summer, and I was wondering whether to get a 660 or a 760. Ill mainly be playing TF2, CS:GO, league, Titanfall, and a little streaming (if that matters). Just looking for input as I am inexperienced in the area.
What is your budget?
$800 - http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3GdsT
$1300 - http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3GxuC
$1800 - http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3GwOC
I recommend the $800. Great build for the price.

I actually used your build to start from the 800 and just added parts people said they liked xD

They're already out. They're exactly the same with 0.1 GHz higher clockrates. Non-OC Haswells never suffered from overheating.
The K SKUs aren't Haswell-Refresh, they're Devil's Canyon, expected for June. We don't know anything about prices or the overclockability yet. I'd expect the 4690K to overclock pretty much the same as the 4670K, maybe slightly better because of the 0.1 GHz clock bump, probably the same price as the 4670K (see Haswell-Refresh = clock bump + same price).
The 4790K is going to be interesting though. 4.0 GHz base, 4.4 turbo, that's higher than a lot of 4770Ks can OC. Should be a lot more expensive though.
