Firefox acting funny

Have any of you ever experienced firefox acting up sometimes? I like it personally much better than chrome or ie. However when I try to load certain websites it won't load properly, looks like raw html just very plain. I tried disabling all plugins and nothing. It used to happen if I changed the date on my computer I guess because of the security certificates but even with it at the right time it's coming up weird. Any ideas ? Please and thanks in advance.

Try going back to an older version of Firefox maybe?
I've been using Firefox for a couple years now. It's been working just fine for me.

Try nightly, it's just the dev version of firefox, and it's updated, as the name implies, nightly.
