TF2 Not Working

My TF2 has not worked for the past 2 months and it is getting frustrating
I get an error that says this:
KeyValues Error: LoadFromBuffer: missing { in file (null)
(*$('#inputAuthPassword').blur(function()*), (*$('#buffer').hide();*), (*callback)*), (*{*), (*=*), (*:*), (*d\',3).8(\'k\',w+n);b(6>z||9<=6)*), (*7-=(6-z);b(7<0||9<=6)*),
**WARNING** Failed to apply item schema!
Required key "game_info" missing.
Stuff like that for over 100 lines
I'm not sure what to do, I reinstalled steam, tf2, validated the game cache, and steam support hasn't done much to help, can someone tell me what to do?

Yeah I've been to that link before, nothing there seems to work for me, also I have no custom content.

My specs are:
Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit
Processor: AMD Athlon 7850 Dual-Core Processor (2 CPUs), ~2.8 GHz
Memory: 4GB of RAM
DirectX 11
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series
I think the Windows 8 may have something to do with it, but I'm not entirely sure.

seems like you have files missing either you deleted them by accident or on purpose either way you should completely reinstall the game.

I've already contacted support and they aren't helping, and where are the .blob files?
Also read my post, I already tried reinstalling the game

Check if your tf/scripts/items/items_game.txt has the text you're seeing in that KeyValues error, and if so, delete it and restart the game and see if it keeps having the same error.

It will not be there, it's in tf2_misc_dir.vpk
