Hey man, most people here don't really play Highlander, and although you might find a team here. I'd try the UGC forums as well. http://www.ugcleague.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?159-TF2-Highlander.

ETF2L also has a section for recruitment. From the looks of it, it supports HL and 6s so you could also advertise there in addition to here and UGC. http://etf2l.org/recruitment/
