Thanks for the CMYK update, I love this HUD, mostly for it's font and also how good it looks. However, I'm not very savvy with HUD stuff, (but I am good enough to follow editing instructions.)
Basically, I managed to change the HUD using the directions provided to make my chat be on the bottom, as well as making my killfeed be on top, but the chat is is the far bottom left and the killfeed is way up in the top right. Is there anyway I can lower the killfeed some? And is there also a way I can RAISE the chat?
Otherwise, great job with the HUD, and thanks for the update, it looks as amazing as it did before.
(I just realized how nit-picking I am. Damn.)

Killfeed is done via hudlayout.res in the scripts folder. Just search for HudDeathNotice and change its ypos to your liking. Will take a look at chat tomorrow, but there should be some options already in the hud files if I'm correct

There is a 12v12 scoreboard that can be enabled via hud_minmode 0, but if you want there to only be 9 players visible on each team, you can go into scoreboard.res and change the background and blueplayer/redplayers fields tall value as well as changing the ypos of redteamlabel/blueteamlabel/redteambg/blueteambg etc.
Not quite sure about the exact names of the entries, just trying to remembering whats in scoreboard.res, but you should be able to do what you want with that file if you play around with it a bit. If you have any problems, feel free to add me and I'll be glad to help

got a problem though, where it shows the killstreak you have, it shows a black and purple checkered box, and when it says _____ is on a killstreak, that rectangle is also a purple and black checkered rectangle. Any way to fix this?

how can i change the health indicator from the health box to the overheal cross?
Halloween Update fucked over target ID's :S
TargetID system:
Now creates a floating health indicator over the target

These changes have been made by Valve and thus can't be reverted to the old version as of right now. Hudmakers can only fix their huds to adjust for the changes. Don't have a computer on me that can run tf2 right now, so the earliest I can get to working on a fix for cmyk/flv/5md would be January, sorry.
If KahnTF2 can't do it, I hope someone else will be able to.

I made a new target ID before they released the convar if you want to try it out. It was a quick job until I could find a nicer looking fix, so don't criticize it; no screenshots of the new targetID. Rename the alternate HudAnimations_tf.txt, TargetID.res, and SpectatorGUIHealth.res to use. I keep this hud up to date primarily for myself, tailored for my likes, but if you've got something you want me to work on, I might look into it.
The convar for the old target ID is "tf_hud_target_id_disable_floating_health 1" and your old huds will work as intended.

I did a fix myself regarding spell positions and kart meter, but cannot for the love of whayay figure how to put the scores in the minigame.

I'm not sure why the fonts don't load correctly, as they're defined properly as far as I can tell. It's something I've looked at previously and have been unable to diagnose, so manually installing them is all you can do for now.
And thanks. It's still 95% yAhud, as whayay did a spectacular job. I've just made adjustments throughout and kept things up to date in game modes I play. I have not tried MvM in the past month or two, though it worked fine without misplaced elements. No new halloween support, however.
If there are glaring bugs or things that need to be fixed, let me know. I'm still working on minor font/number changes here and there, but it's obviously not a priority.
