Does having them off actually give you a benefit?
I heard there's some sort of input lag associated with having them on. I can run TF2 at 120 FPS most of the time and it only takes half a second to alt-tab, so I wouldn't turn them off just for that. Was wondering if there are any other reasons to turn them off.

less performance, i used to get 4-5 fps+ after turning it off.
