Hey guys, first post here after lurking for some time.

Name's Nick, been playing TF2 for a few years now, but never been to any sort of LAN event at all before. I had been planning to make GXL my first LAN with some friends, but those plans fell through.
If anyone is driving through MO, please let me know. I've been looking forward to this event for months, and now it seems likely that I will be unable to go unless I can find transportation there.

I can provide money for fuel and a hotel, and any other small stuff that comes up.

If I am able to go, I have 2 monitors, one 60hz, one 144hz, that could be borrowed at the event. I also have a pretty decent rig that I'd happily lend to the production crew or anyone who needs it for the event.

Anyone else arriving Friday afternoon? I'm getting to the phl airport at 12:20ish and I'd really appreciate a ride from there to the venue. Anytime that afternoon would be fantastic. I have gas money.

ANYWAYS, PBL has agreed to match people's donations towards Airon's fundraiser!!! $900 is still the cost of Airon's ticket, but with PBL's offer the amount we are looking for from community donations is now $450. We've already received $260 from donors which means we just need another $190 to fully fund Airon's travel!

sooooooooooo i'm trying to go to this lan but i need to transport my large-ish pretty fragile computer. i dont think my computer would be allowed on a plane and i sure as fuck dont trust people with loading/unloading it. is anyone driving from florida to the lan that could take my computer for me? id be willing to throw out a little cash for your gas or something. i live in the orlando area aka winter park.

Right now, it seems that we've reached max capacity in the hall we rented out, so we are trying to rent out a different hall to increase the amount of room we have. Because of this, I don't think it's possible to buy a ticket right at this moment. If we get the new hall, ticket purchases will be open once again. I apologize that this is sudden, but had I known anything like this was gonna happen, I would have given more of a warning sooner. Again, please wait as we are looking to get a bigger hall.

The moment there is any kind of update on this, I will post here immediately. Do not message me about this, as I'm not gonna tell you anything different than what I've told you here. Please be patient.
