help with hud crosshair

I need hollow cross, im playing on 640x480 basically every hud cross is fucked up on this resolution, the default one sucks ass. Im just wondering mby someone has it or could help me with that.

you have to fuck w/ the wide/tall values (try lowering them). Also I don't think it's possible to perfectly centre it at that res
